Holiday Home in Oise with Forest Views

This large character home is located on a hill, near the Oise and the Chemin Vert. Ideal for family holidays, it has a fenced park with a barbecue and plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy pleasant evenings on its sheltered terrace, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature ,landscapes, and magnificent forests.

You can go hiking and cycling, but also fishing, horse riding, and canoeing! The home is located 2 2-hour drive from Brussels, 2.5 hours from Paris, and only 1.5 hours from Reims.

The house is stylishly furnished and has fiber optic internet, a computer, and two trampolines for children. Relax with a good book in the spacious living room or enjoy a glass of wine at the terrace ! There is a high heat pump that minimizes energy costs and its water heater provides 250 liters every 5 hours. The landscaped garden is shared with the owner's holiday home as its only neighbor, which is most often uninhabited.

We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad! Een ruime en leuke tuin voor de kinderen. 2 trampoline, schommels en veel ruimte om te spelen. De pooltafel binnen was ook een leuke bijkomstigheid. Het huis zelf heeft een ruime woonkamer en de slaapkamers zijn ook allemaal ruim genoeg. Zelfs een kast vol met spelletjes. Alles is aanwezig. Op 2,5 km zit een goede bakker. Een Carrefour supermarkt is ongeveer 15 min. rijden. De matrassen van 1 van de slaapkamers is al een tijd aan vervanging toe en de voordeur kon niet op slot. Je merkt wel dat de laatste jaren niet veel onderhoud is gepleegd. Maar de prijskwaliteitsverhouding is prima in orde!

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Es verfügt über einen wunderschönen großen Garten mit fantastischer Aussicht. Es ist ein charakteristisches Haus, etwas veraltet, aber dennoch hat es seinen Charme. Da wir nur zu viert waren, hatten wir viel Platz, aber selbst wenn Sie zu neunt sind, gibt es sowohl drinnen als auch draußen genügend Sitzplätze. Wir hatten das Glück, dass das Wetter sehr schön war und wir vom Haus aus einige Spaziergänge und einen Ausflug in die Stadt Saint Quentin unternehmen konnten. Ansonsten verbrachten wir viel Zeit im Garten und am Billardtisch. Der Bäcker ist 3 Autominuten entfernt.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, könnte aber eine Auffrischung gebrauchen; Insbesondere die Türen und Fenster im Erdgeschoss müssen erneuert werden. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr weitläufig, bedarf jedoch der Pflege. Die Begrüßung durch die freundliche Gastgeberin war herzlich, aber kurz.

Mooi gelegen, ruim landhuis met grote tuin, wel een beetje vergane glorie... de ramen zijn dringend aan renovatie toe (soms loopt er water binnen wanneer het regent) De waterpomp die voor de verwarming instaat maakt constant een storend geluid. Ook de pooltafel is niet goed bruikbaar en de verlichting is erg ongezellig. Pluspunt is zeker de rustige ligging met mooi uitzicht, zeer ruime living en een groot, goed werkend haardvuur. Vriendelijke gastvrouw die goed bereikbaar is.

Hatten einen schönen Urlaub, aber nicht richtig gereinigt. Es gab auch viele Brennnesseln draußen, direkt in der Nähe der Spielplätze, aber sie wurden selbst entfernt. Wir hatten ein Leck und somit einen Stromausfall, der durch das Bad im Obergeschoss verursacht wurde. Außerdem mussten wir 100 € für die Endreinigung zahlen, obwohl wir diese bereits selbst erledigt hatten, es war noch schöner als bei der Ankunft. Ich habe diesbezüglich eine E-Mail an den Eigentümer gesendet, aber noch keine Antwort erhalten

Wir waren zwei Personen in einem sehr großen Haus. Der Preis war gut. etwas veraltet, aber wir sind es auch. Wunderschöne Umgebung. aber für uns sehr ruhig. Für Lebensmittel muss man 10 km zurücklegen. Das geht ganz einfach und man sieht auch etwas von der Umgebung.
