Bliss on the Bay - 2180 Lemon Ave

Panoramic views across the bay from this beautifully remodelled and newly furnished bay side home that the owners affectionately call it, "Bliss on the Bay"
Situated on an acre of land within half mile walk to beach, location and views are hard to beat.
Entering the home up the long private driveway immediately your eyes are transfixed to the bay.
Sit by the pool, float on a lounger and watch boats going by, or Florida wildlife such as dolphins swimming in the bay and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Enjoy a glass of champagne in the spa and enjoy being so close to the water.
The home has just completed a full remodel and guests can now enjoy a brand new luxury kitchen, all new bathrooms and luxury plank flooring. Among some of the nice features is the huge walk in shower with multiple shower heads which overlook the front garden. Wall switch activates the shade on the windows to darken for privacy. The luxury kitchen with quartz island is beautiful and has all new stainless appliances with cooktop, along with casual seating at the island.
The great room and open plan dining area are both tastefully decorated and have views to the bay.
The first master bedroom has king bed, sitting area and large master bathroom. Sliding doors onto the patio so waterviews enjoyed from the bedroom.
The second master has the most awesome view across the bay and to the public boat launch and outside this bedroom there is a brand new shower room. Third bedroom has queen bed and has garden views.
Leading out to the pavered pool area through one of the multiple sliding doors you will definitely want to spend a lot of time here.
There is an outdoor kitchen with grill and refrigerator along with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
There is also a third shower room off the patio and there is a additional outdoor shower for washing off after the beach.
Large pool and spa which can be electrically heated.
Lemon Ave is a nice quiet lane that you can walk to the beach.
Enjoy close by restaurants on Manasota Key and a short drive up to  Venice for shopping.
The area has so many nice places to enjoy.

Please note since the storm the pool cage has not been replaced - most guests do not have a problem with this - it has picket fence and beautiful views

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The house was beautiful and well equipped. Everything we needed for fun in the pool and at the beach was provided. We especially enjoyed the patio and pool!

Relaxing on the water

Beautiful, well furnished house right on the bay! The patio and pool were a highlight of our stay. Homeowners have provided everything you need from kitchen to beach supplies. The property manager was responsive and kind, and even arranged for an early check in for us. Property annd service exceeded our expectations.

Amazing Stay!

After staying in several rentals, this one by far was our favorite. We had everything we needed and being so close to the beach was a must for us. We loved watching the boats and dolphins in the bay and loved having room to spread out and the large front yard really secluded us. We were a little bummed the pool cage wasn’t there as it was in the pictures but we didn’t have a lot of issues with bugs. We will absolutely be back!

Definitely Bliss!

We had the most wonderfully relaxed holiday in this home. The setting is perfect. The view absolutely wonderful. Early mornings sitting by the pool looking out over the bay listening to nature were worth there weight in gold. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. Guest services are brilliant and do what they can to help out with any and all requests. We will be back to this part of Florida again and again because of the properties on offer by this rental company and their wonderful friendly, helpful service, all which makes the perfect package. Beautiful Home with a Great View

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the home, especially the time we spent in the pool. The view is outstanding and was fun for our granddaughter as she watched all the boats pass by. Great place!!!

This is our fourth year of renting from TMI and as usual the service is exceptional. Lesley and Doreen go above and beyond to service their customers. This house has a great location, pool and layout. We look forward to next years visit .

Relaxing Property on the Water

Great house and pool near Venice. We had a great time hanging out with our family. The bugs do come out at night around the pool and the WiFi was a bit spotty but everything else was perfect. We would return!

Wonderful stay!

We had an absolutely magical week in this wonderful house on the bay with easy walking distance to the beach. We did rent a golf cart for the week because it was so fun for the kids (and adults lol). This house is loaded with everything you could possibly need- all the kitchen cooking/baking tools, extra linens in the linen closet, tons of beach towels/toys and even a super nice beach wagon! Leslie was kind enough to drop off a high chair and pack and play, and her team even met the medical supply company before we got there so my mom could have oxygen waiting. House was spotless. This experience was top notch and we will be back! Highly recommend.
