Nice, clean property

The price was very affordable and Diana went out of her way to be accommodating. I think that the description lacks the basic information that it is has 5 individual rooms then you share kitchen, living and bathroom. There is no central air not sure about heating as steam heating has been removed.

Diana Is Very Accommodating; An Excellent Host

The location of this property is on Grand Avenue, not far from I-95 and Route 4. It is above a deli and near 711. Diana, the host, is very accommodating and responsive. She clearly communicates how to find the location and enter (self-check-in via a code). She is hands-on and wants to make her clients pleased with their stay. I advise you to read the listing carefully. This property is two flights of stairs up from the parking area. It is a multi-room set up. It has one bathroom and one kitchen. There are five bedrooms, each with their own individual lock-code to enter. The value of it is very high for those looking for an economical place to stay with off-street parking and easy access to Paramus, New York City, Englewood, and Fort Lee. It is clean. I saw two rooms. Each had a TV, a comfortable bed, and a writing desk.
