"This was a beautiful property - I would consider renting again. Our group of 11 was very comfortable in this space. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the dock area. The sunsets were beautiful. The owners were very responsive. There was an issue with the pool when we arrived, but when I called to report it the owners had someone out to correct it within 1/2 hour. I would recommend this place to people with large groups."

"The neighborhood and property were very nice and quiet. The house is a bit outdated but has a lot potential. The pool was big and nice and warm but needs some attention. The waterfront was nice, but the water is brown. We never got the kayaks in because of the drop from the pier to the water. Lots of places you can walk to. Nice restaurants. Easy drive to beach and state parks. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house."

"This rental was a great little house for a some rest & relaxation! I've had a lot of experience with rentals, and it is sometimes difficult to find a 2BR house with a pool in FL. They are usually 3/4BR and are much more expensive. So I was very happy to find this little gem. "A last minute change of plans had us looking for a place near Manasota Beach and this place was perfect! Exactly as shown in the pics (and even better in person actually). Bikes were in nice shape and the pool was lovely. We spent more time by the pool than on the beach 😊. The location was nice and peaceful for walking yet close enough to drive to beaches, stores, etc. Would definitely come back to enjoy this place again! Thanks for having us!"
