"they don’t offer any clean towels or new sheets during your stay, you have to pay with your own money and use your own detergent if you want laundry done here. the front TV in the living room would not turn on the bathtub does not hold water. plus the shower only ran hot for about 3 to 5 minutes at a time. There’s also a roach infestation in the bathroom, but other than that it was pleasant, not any huge issues besides my Wi-Fi not working for an entire day during my stay. I would say the low price reflects what you’re getting."

"Our room view was great. But our room was not taken care of properly. I didn't like the sound of the air conditioner, or the temperature control. We had to request toilet paper after 2 days, we also didn't have a trash can for 2 days and had to find a housekeeper to get one, and we had a problem with ordering food service because the phone didn't work 1 day. Beside these, we also ran out of shower soap the last 3 days, so we used ours and had to request water and sugar for our coffee. Additioally, we didn't like the way the pool water looked at times. It seemed to be cloudy to me. Staff was great though. "

"We really enjoyed this property, the 2 bedroom room was huge and perfect for our large family and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately the pool bar and hot tub were under renovation when we were there but it looks like it will be nice when completed. The free parking and proximity to the beach was awesome as well, would definitely stay again."
