"We had the best stay here! The host was incredible. Super responsive, helpful, and gave us amazing recommendations that made our trip even better. The place was very clean and well kept. As a group of girls, we especially loved the long hallway mirror (such a small detail but SO appreciated for getting ready 😂). Everything about our stay was seamless, and the location was perfect. It honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend!"

"We had a one bedroom suite which was big and spacious. We enjoyed having the full kitchen which was furnished with the basics. It is definitely dated, but was clean and comfortable. Except the air vents could use a good cleaning. We loved the balcony even without the ocean view. There are only two elevators which are small and only one ice machine on the lobby level. It was a short walk to the beach and there are a few places to get something to eat along with a yummy ice cream shop nearby for dessert."

"Perfect location, right across from the beach. The staff overall was good with the exception of check in and when we called for a later check out. They were a little rough around the edges. Our check lady out was very nice. Steve the bartender was great. Pizza spot in the corner was delicious. Overall the hotel is nice, clean, and at a great location. Would stay there again."

"We have been staying at Tranquilo over the past 5–7 years, and we always enjoy our stay and truly love the tranquility of the hotel. This was the first time we’ve experienced any issue during our visits. Unfortunately, the gentleman on duty Sunday evening placed a green parking violation sticker on my car even though our parking pass was clearly visible on the dashboard. That was definitely disappointing and unnecessary. That said, I can honestly say this has been the only issue we’ve ever had here, and overall we have always enjoyed our stays at Tranquilo."

"The room was nice and we had a great view. The amenities unfortunately were misleading from the website. They had two treadmills at the gym but one was broken, they only had 2 bikes for the entire resort of 1000+ people (which were unavailable every time we asked to use them), the infinity pool was essentially unusable due to the dozens of children everywhere and the excruciatingly loud music from the DJ. The umbrellas were $38 extra even though the website says umbrellas are an amenity. I had to ask several times for more coffee pods and it was difficult to get any help from any of the staff or answer to questions. The positives were that the beach was right there and there was a waitress that came around with drinks. 20% gratuity is added to everything - from the drinks at the bar to the umbrellas. The food was subpar, and there’s no other restaurants except if you walk a mile, which we did and that was great. Definitely a good place for kids and families but not for couples."

"When I arrived at Check in I told them I purchased an Ocean front room with a king bed and in there system showed something else. So they wound up giving me an ocean view with two queen beds that my wife was so upset at me. Why did I rent this room? On the second day, they gave me the oceanfront room which I requested on the booking and but my first day was a total disaster."

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job and cleaned the room every time we left, which we really appreciated. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. The only minor issue we had was that the televisions were not working properly at times. Other than that, we had a great stay overall."

"I have to say hotel is very beautiful in a good area you’re located by everything and the best part of it is that you’re by the beach like 10 minutes away. The staff was select excellent that’s why I keep picking this hotel every time I’ve been flat Light up three times I keep coming back to this hotel so if you wanna have fun enjoy it stuff is good nice scenery area and you right there by everything so go ahead and enjoy yourself. I stay here believe you you will have fun."
