"The unit was cute and cozy and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The only issue was the army of gnats that invaded the unit and flew in my face all night and concern about the back door. The back door opens out so it’s hard to put a chair against it or a doorstop or anything to keep someone from entering or alerting you to an intruder. "My stay was nice 3 people my sister and nephew oceanfront room. Problem was next door was being painted and we smelled the paint in our room. There was no sheets or pillows for the pull out couch bed. We had to call for them. Remote in living room was not working. They replaced it. And the railing for the pool to hold on to was broken and loose. We told staff and they tried to fix it. I heard they got a new ownership. 2 years ago it was great. Had a good time no complaints."

"This was our first time staying at this hotel. The staff was fantastic, The restaurant had a great selection and every meal we had there was very well prepared. The bar area was very inviting. I love the rooftop bar and it was easy to get to. Plus having dining options while you’re at the pool was so convenient. We will definitely be staying here again."

"My family and I was given an amazing experience. Parking was different but everything was outstanding it for 9 of us perfectly. A full kitchen with EVERYTHING pots,pans,casseroles dish dinnerware dish soap dishwasher with dishwasher liquid mop, enough towels clean room comfortable bed… the AC was kicking lol. The view was great and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach and Bonnet museum. I know this pulse seems like I’m rambling, but it really was a great experience. We drove from Georgia and the check-in was less than five minutes. You can also rent beach towels for $10 each as long as you return them back you’re not charged for it. I would love to thank the staff for making the experience as great as it was we also loved the arcade area downstairs and I was able to was my clothes before I came home it was a big deal because who want to travel with dirty clothes all around everything was phenomenal. We will be rebooking."

"We stayed in a king balcony suite w a view of the canal. Room and bed were comfortable and nicely decorated. kitchen is small but sufficient. Cookware bare for anything other than eggs and sandwiches. The hose under the sink was leaking water and maintenance took care of it immediately. Nice shower. Nice outdoor space. GREAT location. Easy walk to beach or to Publix and liquor store. Water taxi stop #8 was right there. Staff were super helpful. Definitely would stay here again"

"Service at the hotel needs overhaul. Just a few items to note. Upon check in, front desk staff very unfriendly. Went to the roof top pool. One of the umbrellas flew out of the stand due to wind and almost took out my wife. Had to run over to her and help then tried to put the umbrella back in the stand. Pool staff just looking behind the bar. Guy came over and helped me secure it back in. Got up next day to get coffee downstairs. No coffee to be found. Sign at front desk stated staff is taking a break and will be back in 5 minutes. Left for Starbucks with the help of the outdoor valet who was extremely helpful and nice. Best at property. Came back to talk to the valet after 30 minutes. Sign was still up at front desk which I am guess the front desk person was taking a long nap or on the phone. Mr or Mrs. GM - I know its tough to find good help, but your hotel won't last long with the service and staff operating accordingly."
