"This old stone cottage in a small village is a gem; comfortable, well furnished, and in a beautiful area. Local information from Marc and a greeting and orientation from Alain were both excellent. We ventured in a different direction each day and particularly enjoyed Mirepoix and its restaurants and Monday market. Special thanks to Alain."

"Nice house, well equipped, very clean and with a large veranda and lovely pool. The children loved Sylvie's pets. Sylvie herself was always on hand to help out with various difficulties, - we needed a garage, for instance and she suggested a local firm. The countryside around Routier is gentle hills with the Pyrenees in the distance. There is lots to do and see and we would have happily stayed for another week had this been possible."

"Maison calme dans un endroit tranquille non loin des commerces : super U a proximite. Bon accueil ! Cuisine spacieuse avec une grande table, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine : tres appreciable ! Salon cosy chaleureux surtout en hiver. Avec des jeunes et des enfants, le vrai plus est la table de ping-pong et le baby-foot. La deco et le style sont anciens. Nous avons vraiment apprecie notre sejour et le chateau de Montsegur est a 13 kms et Roquefixade non loin et le joli village de Pereille aussi."

"Our party included 2 families of 4 and on arrival we met Jean the owner who was extremely helpful from the off! Going over the property for us and recommending places to visit in the local area. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped, the local area is stunning and peaceful. "Firstly Anni is an excellent host. Great communications throughout with plenty of ideas and local information.... and more when you meet her! We had a couple of minor issues whilst staying there, but once again she was fantastic and sorted them out quickly! The Gite is what I would describe as typical for the area. Quite dark inside, but lots of character. Clean on arrival and had all we needed. Pool was well used by us, better on hot days.... bit nippy on moderate days! All in all a good...
