4/5 - Good
I visited Ennis 3 years ago, stayed for 5 days in another location, a rented cabin. Ennis is a unique community, lots of ranches, good fishing close by, and close to West Yellowstone entry.

You might make a stop by Madison Valley History Museum while you're exploring Virginia City Ranches.

Very clean great staff

This little lodge is the absolute best. In the 8 years I have been staying here, I have never had a bad experience. It is clean and you could not ask for a better staff. The restaurant is amazing, try the elk chili and you won’t be disappointed.

Great to have a freshly cooked breakfast. The room was in great shape. We didn’t use the fireplace, but there was plenty of split wood in case we wanted to.

Great place to stay for someone looking for a place to sleep with a kitchen that is close to skiing.

A girls weekend in Big Sky and this was the perfect choice for us. All the amenities, clean, comfortable and modern. Best of all no long list of things to do before check out. Great value.

Old town charm - great food - very clean
Unique
Awesome wedding locations, down to earth people, beautiful Mountain View’s!
I was impressed by Ennis! Coming from a small town myself, Ennis has a lot to offer in the winter!
The mix of working town for the ranchers and miners with the vacation town for the fishermen and tourists was welcoming and fun.
