The room was great, so much space and perfectly clean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - no request was too much. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice.
Efficient check in. We were upgraded to a bigger room in the hotel from the lodge i had booked because we had a little baby which was very kind of the reception staff to do.
The breakfast menu had lots of choice and the food was delicious. The rooms were clean and had all amenities we needed.
Weve stayed at Lough Erne two years now and love it. A wonderful place to have a short break.
I was very disappointed with the fact it cost me £221 for a room for lest than 24 hours I got my room at 5pm on the Fri and had to be out by 12noon the next day I was not impressed at all as I was going to wedding had to drive for 2 hours and wanted to get dressed in my room but had to go to a toilet to get dressed wile other people where in the toilet at the same time wasn’t impressed at all staff weren’t that helpful so dissatisfied
Excellent property all in all. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful buildings and great spa. My only recommendation would be for more outside seating, there was very little.
Service in bar / restaurant was very poor food was good, ordering food and drink was just terrible, mixing up drinks and going to wrong customers never seen anything like it for a 5 star Hotel. But everything else was perfect
We had pretty much an amazing stay, although there was a couple of points that weren’t great. For the most part, staff were amazing and kind can’t fault them, food was great and rooms and facilities great too.
During the evening we were having a few drinks, on multiple occasions we’d have to wait 20+ minutes and even go to the bar to order our drinks.
The worst part was the sheer disrespect from the manager on duty, who killed the atmosphere by forcing a talented live musician to shut down for over 30 minutes to accommodate a private function in another room. Forcing premium-paying guests to sit in dead silence is unacceptable. I had a great time with my girlfriend, but management needs to realize that all paying customers deserve respect—not just the ones at a private event.
Other than that I did have a great day/night with my partner.
We loved our stay at Lough Erne Resort! We travelled through Ireland for a week, and this property was one of the highlights in terms of accommodations. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great amenities and the rooms are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. We loved the pool and having the beautiful golf course on-site.
Fantastic hotel, rooms don’t have air con so we’re a bit hot as I stayed in a heat wave. Windows being opened further helped but there are many flies that ended up in the room. Apart from this a lovely hotel with fantastic staff and a great bar, restaurant and breakfast. Well worth a stay.
While the resort had a beautiful setting & a great spa, we found the staff not friendly & they seemed under staffed. The room wasn't ready until exactly 4:00 & the room itself was very hot even with a fan. Not worth it for the price
Had a lovely stay with my husband. Staff were superb. Concierge picked up from our lodge and drove us to the restaurant since it was raining. Had a lovely meal in the Lakeside Grill. Breakfast was fantastic.
Stayed in a lake view lodge suite. Very spacious. Some areas looked a little tired and could do with a refresh in the lodge.
