It was my first time staying at a pod hotel, and it will also be my last. I understand the size of the rooms, but the rules and regulations of the property were unbelievable:
1) No eating or drinking in the rooms
2) No talking on cell phones (this was due to the false ceiling each room had, consequently, allowing for noise from snoring neighbors to be clearly heard)
3) Lounge in basement was the only place to congregate, eat and drink, and only a vending machine was made available with limited options
The staff, however, were quite friendly and accommodating, so I will give it that, but that's all.

The staff, location and cleanliness are top notch.
However, breakfast can be a time consuming affair. Plan accordingly, you would need to wait 15-20 mins for the elevator going down to the lobby, join the line waiting for breakfast (another ~15mins), once you reach the 5th floor, another 10min wait to get to the table.
