"Spa was lovely, breakfast OK and dinner disappointing. Staff were rude when I raised an issue about the room I'd been given not being as expected (and smelling badly of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room) - one receptionist hung up on me when I called from the room. I was told repeatedly to come back later at reception and they tried to give me a smaller room that the category I paid for. Eventually got a nice room but it ruined the first 2 days of our holiday. Would never go back."

"Location of this hotel to the Medina was second to none. Staff in the hotel excellent, they went over and above to cater for all your needs. My room was small but very clean. Unfortunately no view from the balcony, would defiantly book a pool view next time. "
