Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located and brand new home just at the entrance of Valle de Guadalupe just a few minutes away from all wineries and restaurants.

The house is located at "Viñedos del Mar" a brand new private gated community with 24/7 security and surveillance and stunning shared amenities such as pool, kids playground, patio, and more.

This brand new home was carefully designed to have a stylish and functional design with a capacity of accommodating 6 people comfortably, perfect for a friends and family getaway

It has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, TV room, a blissful living and dining area and a private patio.

Our guests have full and private access to the house, parking and patio. Plus access to the community amenities.

Viñedos del Mar is a gated community perfectly located between the entrance to Valle de Guadalupe and the exit to Ensenada making it conveniently central to all the wineries, restaurants and attractions in both areas.

We highly recommend driving your own car or arranging private transportation with our concierge, since Uber service is very limited.

Please note that since this a brand new development there are still some houses being built in the area.
