Amazing Property, 5 minutes walk from Souq Waqif

MO Doha is among the best hotels I have stayed, very friendly staff members, considerate gifts and warm ambience everywhere. A must-go luxury accommodation in Doha! Thumbs up! Will definitely come back.

I’m rating the raffles a 4/5 stars only bc I expected for a better breakfast I paid extra for. Also expected the spa to have a more spacious spa. The jacuzzis can accommodate 2/3 people max. Doesn't have a relaxation area. Other than that the service was excellent. Loved the fact they had Dyson hair tools for quicker drying, the room was constantly checked up on and cleaned.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was exceptional, the hotel was spotless, and the level of service was truly outstanding. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and featured a lovely balcony, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. A special thank you to the amazing team at the Lagoon Restaurant — especially Dila, Younita, and Dira — whose genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to detail transformed our stay into something truly special. They went above and beyond to make our 2.9 year-old toddler feel welcomed and cherished, creating beautiful memories we will treasure forever. We also loved the thoughtful touches, from the golf cart rides to the beach, which were both convenient and fun, to the complimentary trip to Lagoona Mall, adding an extra layer of comfort and luxury to our experience. This was an awesome stay from start to finish, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Iconic towers but internal design lets it down. Like a maze trying to get to spa and gym. Service level below 5 star Gulf level. Guest service never picked up phone on multiple rings on separate occasions. There was also issue with varying water temperature. The terrace restaurant service at Asaya was poor. Hamam in spa was out of order. Overall it’s a nice property which I hope they can improve.
