"Séjour calme et abordable, grand parking à proximité, je recommande."

"We booked a stay for July 19th 2024. We were going to stay one night after watching the Tour de France on Isola 2000. We left early in the morning with a Eta of 11am. They closed the road at 10am 9 miles from the hotel. The tour was going to finish around 5pm. We had to turn around. It was crazy traffic. We contacted the Sowell via email through expedia and the email they sent us. It was a special situation and we would like a refund. They never answered both emails. Very disappointed.. "

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

"Place advertisements are as hotel. It is NOT a hotel at all. It’s an apartment with cero amenities… I will never go back. "

"Piscine ,pas loin des pistes,parking payant sur place.Dans la station tous les parking sont payants et prix élevé "

"Lorsque nous avons réservé sur internet, nous pensions que d’après les photos notre appartement serait dans le château du site. Mais voilà, les appartements se trouvent dans une annexe non mentionnée sur le site, et nous avions l’impression d’être à Pierre et vacances. "

"L'annonce faisait etat d'un studio avec vue sur la montagne or, on a eu un studio au niveau -1 avec vue sur le parking... Tres beau studio pour un concierge pas pour des vacances en famille. Du coup, le balcon qui aurait pu etre agreable etzit inutilisable à cause du va et vient des gens et des voitures qui stationnaient aux pieds du balcon. En arrivant nous avons trouve des restes de cafe des precedents locataires alors qu'il y avait soit disant eu une desinfection "covid" De l'appartement....
