"A estrutura do hotel continua velha. Imobiliário dos quartos são de 20 anos atrás inclusive a cama que é de péssima qualidade. O sofá cama da suíte é imunda e antiga. Dá nojo. Mas a qualidade da matéria-prima da comida é muito boa. Mas a comida não tem sabor. Atendimento excelente. "

"O que me deixou mais decepcionada foi a falta de entreterimento no próprio hotel. Essa história de a noite ter show na vila é totalmente fora dos padrões de resort. Primeiro porque não há sequer lugar para sentarmos, depois, shows desestruturados, sem qualquer contato com o público. Pessimo. Horrível. Então, é um hotel “all inclusive”. Para mim, falta muito para chegar num padrão resort. Além disso, as bebidas são ruins na beira da praia, ou seja, os drinks vão piorando (do lounge melhores, bar da piscina caem a qualidade, bar da praia, pessimo). Deveriam manter os mesmos em todos, uma vez que, não é raro quando queremos manter a bebida que estamos tomando. Outro fato que é de suma importância, é que vcs não se preocupam em li limpar a praia que seus hóspedes (mal educados) sujam. Sei que isso é um absurdo, ninguém deveria deixar a praia suja, mas deixam e vcs não limpam. Da até nojo ficar na areia. Por fim, meu esposo caiu na escada de acesso à praia porque a madeira está completamente incluinada. Em 30 minutos 3 pessoas caíram no mesmo local. "

"Had an amazing stay as a couple at Tivoli resort for a two day break en route to a wedding in Praia de forte. The room was incredibly comfortable, good AC and we had a convenient location to the beach, pools and restaurants. The internet was the only thing that was not good - even in our room - it was a little hard to be connected. the service was great across the board. Worth noting that the main food location was a buffet - but was delicious, particularly breakfast. We only ate dinner one night. "

"Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular surfaces. Internal golf cart system to transport elderly people is offered but waiting times were so long that we gave up using it. Signage providing directions throughout the property are almost non-existent. Impossible to know where you have to go to get to your building. Dozens of people lost throughout the property every day, begging for directions, totally frustrated. Majority of the staff doesn’t seem to be happy, although very few exceptions were very attentive and supportive. App that is highly recommend by the staff upon check-in is useless. Scheduling of Resort activities is never updated and internal map directions are also outdated. I learned that it doesn’t work because Spain is responsible for keeping it updated, so any local changes to activities have to be informed to Spain by email before they can update the App. Note: Spain is 5 hours ahead in time zone. Total non-sense. Pools were really good and food and drinks abundant and of good quality. I’ll never go back."
