Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 70 m² duplex apartment for rent in Entrecasteaux, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the second floor of a building (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor :
- A 20 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2 : double bed (140x190)
- Separate shower room and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

This duplex is ideally located in Entrecasteaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
- Visit the Château d'Entrecasteaux, a must for lovers of history and architecture.
- Hiking in the Entrecasteaux area, with signposted footpaths and bike trails, perfect for discovering the local flora and fauna.
- The Côte d'Azur seaside is a 50-minute drive away

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available just a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. Charging stations for electric vehicles are available.
