Entrecasteaux is an old original historical chateau village, set inside a gorgeous river ravine, high in the mountains but without the steep climb to get there!
The area is rich in vineyards, greenery, rivers, lakes and activities.
An enchanting, stimulating village location, yet with everything you need!
With the Mediterranean 50mins away, Marseilles and Nice airports around an 1 & 1/4 hour driving time. There is a fully tuned Piano at the property as well which is available for any pianists that stay.

Daily markets in various towns and villages around make your stay perfect, the main local market in Lorgues on Tuesdays is a must!

Entrecasteaux has a good selection of bars and restaurants complete
With its own bakery and butchers just minutes walk away from the property.

Parking is ample and free.

The village is the friendliest around and get ready to be greeted by everyone you pass in the street!

This property is homely and well equipped. It makes for a pleasurable stay in a lovely location.

My son and I had a great relaxing stay here. The house had all we needed and was a great base fir exploring the local area.

Best Easter break ever!

I can only describe the location as true paradise, the house itself provided a most relaxing stay, and it keeps cool on warmer days! The property has been restored to a lovely traditional and sympathetic condition, and it is obvious the owner takes great pride in his lovely house. The location provides the base for the most relaxing holiday, with lovely walks in mountains, following rivers etc, whilst still being conveniently located to access airports and the coast. The very best of Provence surrounds you and there is a market on in many nearby villages and towns on different days of the week. Entrecasteaux has a bakery, butchers, general store, and a newsagents, together with Bistos, a bar and a great pizzeria, so no need to drive anywhere else! The chateaux is well worth a visit, there are guided tours for 10 euros on Sunday afternoons. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Gilda Harris
