Ski Le Granier 1km, Le Désert d'Entremont 6km, St-Pierre de Chartreuse/Planolet 17km. Body of water and swimming pool 19km. Former EDF transformer that has become a family home, atypical accommodation due to its original use. Tastefully decorated in a contemporary shabby style. Next to the workshop of the owner, visual artist. 1.4 km from the heart of the village of Entremont-le-Vieux and 1 km from the ski slopes. South hillside. Typical residential hamlet in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park. Good comfort. Ultra cozy. Very charming. Pleasant preserved natural setting. Large landscaped plot with covered terrace and vegetable garden.
