"The hotel sustained some damage during the January 2026 storms. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The breakfast had extensive options, everything was fresh and in abundance. Parking was very convenient. Location was close to attractions, and many restaurants. I would stay at this hotel again if I was in this area."

"parking was very good, staff at the reception especially the young lady was very good who provided us with the portable heater and gave some information where places are, for 6 nights no engineer to fix their heater kept on promising to us, toilet & floor are very cold, the room was dirty they do not clean the floor everyday, they only collect the bin and fixed the bed everyday but never changed the bed sheets, first 3 nights kids are running about and hear them from the room, breakfast same everyday and no hot food, no variety same bread, same cheese, same yogurt, same orange juice drink only, and a few fruits."
