One of the best hotels I've ever visited !!

The welcome drink on arrival gave the experience a special touch. We were awed that the same courtesy was extended on departure 😊. Property is centrally located, quiet, excellent food, cozy room. EXELLENT staff all around! Enjoyed the stay❤️

Clean, friendly and professional staff. Very accommodating and receptive to guest needs. Outstanding service!! Highly recommend!!

This hotel is considered my family hotel because that's how they made me feel everytime I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff they are super super welcoming and I love them all. My 7th time at this hotel since 2025 and I continue to give this hotel a 5 star.

Terra Nova has a charm that many other hotels in Kingston lack. The staff is warm and personable, they will help you with what ever you need.It is ultimately the quintessential go to hotel in Kingston for me. True Jamaican hospitality! If you enjoy Jamaican culinary I would highly recommend.

Safe and Good The community definitely made the trip! Felt safe.

The staff was wonderful. The waiters/eating area staff needs more training. The room was very clean and a nice view. The young lady that checked me in was the most pleasant representative I've met in jamaica in a long time

The Blue Window restaurant menu need more selection of food especially Jamaican crusine. Checkin needs to be improve. Too demanding especially when I paid for 2 person in room. The Front Desk was insisting on other person name even when the petson eventually did not make it to the hotel. Concern was about the unknown person may show for breakfast in my case this did not happen. I was the only person that was in my room but the Expedia reservation automatic place for two petson. Too much emphasis...

Nice stay...quiet spot

Overall great stay

If you can get up for the breakfast, it’s worth it. Staff was nice and picked mangos for us on our first stay. It’s my go to place in Kingston

After a few days of heat and humidity in the bustling city of Kingston, we wanted a day of get away not too far from the airport. Discovered the hotel on Expedia very reasonable priced, however was a bit hesitant given the % negative reviews. We were pleasantly surprised with the peace and tranquility atmosphere. The hotel itself is very lovely with upgrades and improvement in process. Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and newly remodeled. We had the ground floor with a balcony that...

Staff was courteous and attentive to every situations. Breakfast was served in every capacity. Not to mention the stew fish in coconut. It was finger licking. Keep up the good work. Thumbs up. Sorry about other comments. The staff gives my family excellent service. I would come back again. Mom enjoyed herself. Despite our grief we add a smile each day. Thank you all for listening and sharing with us through our grief. Warm hospitality. Thanks again. From Sandra and Dorothy. PEACE

Enjoyed my time there even though we we'd leave in the early morning and return late night. I wish the bed was bigger and that the TV worked. If was difficult for two normal sizes adults to sleep on what felt like a slightly larger than a twin size bed.
