"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. "The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is amazing! Dianna at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and Susana in the breakfast room made every morning sweeter- she is a delight. The only reason it wasn't five stars is because there is no air conditioning and unfortunately with the windows open the road noise starts early at 6:00 a.m.. If you don't come in the summer, then perhaps that is a non-issue. The location is fantastic (next to a mall and both Migros and Coop within 5min walk and you have access a few steps away to enter the lake which was glorious everyday. The pool is quite small but nice to have."
