This was a lucky pick on our trip. We thought we might stop and see a theme park and this hotel looked like it was nice but out of te way. Well we never got to the theme park because this place was so beautiful. It was located in huge forest all off to itself. it was so peaceful and beautiful we had a great break in our busy holiday trip. There was a nature museum and huge long trails everywhere. The time we were there it was raining but that could not hide the sheer beauty of the location in...

Great, Awesome breakfast.

This hotel is located in a really lovely and quiet area surrounded by trees. There was a lot of parking spaces outside the hotel. The room was spacious and had really comfortable beds. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room, but no fridge or safe. The bathroom was nice and clean. Bathtub. The breakfast was really good and was served in a very nice room with a great view to the surrounding trees. This is a hotel we want to explore more.

Hotel Fidder is a bit outside the center of Zwolle but an easy walk (about ten minutes). It comes with on-street parking. It’s an old hotel minus a lift but is quite cozy and has more outlets in its rooms than many a modern hotel. It has a wonderful whiskey bar offering a diverse selection of whiskies from around the world and an all-day small bites menu. The breakfast buffet is also quite good.

We came to Apeldoorn to visit Apenhuel and De Hoge Veluwe. The hotel is a bit outside the city center but just a 10 minute bike ride to Apenhuel and had a great restaurant. The hotel had excellent bikes for rent and the bus stopped right outside making it convenient to get back downtown. The staff members were all very nice. The restaurant was excellent.
