"Super clean hotel. . Staff were helpful. . But the logistics of the dining room bar and elevators is a tight space.. . It got even tighter once a bus tour came for the night.! ! Two small elevators and for everybody’s luggage. . It was super tight.. . If the hotel is dealing with bus tours, they need to increase their staff and not to ignore the regular non tour people. They were overwhelmed when we were trying to pay our bill and leave.! ! The facility has great potential! ! Needs to iron their kinks"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. From the moment I arrived, the check-in experience was warm and friendly. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and exceeded my expectations with such ease, making me feel genuinely welcomed. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and at home—it truly felt like I was staying at a friend’s place rather than a hotel. The location was easy to find and tucked away in a fantastic area, making it a great base for exploring Paris. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on my next trip to Paris!"
