"Our stay was wonderful - for the second year in a row. We felt right at home. The venue does seem to be growing into it's wedding venue identity (it would be breathtaking!) and just a little less homey. This year the second sitting room and dining room was set with several large tables and a "hotel desk"/service bar added to the entry. This didn't bother us at all - the kids loved playing hotel and we used one table for a puzzle, one for games and one for dining. In fairness, I didn't really look closely at the pictures before booking this year and we didn't miss the sitting area at all. Probably my favorite thing this year was just sitting on the kitchen porch, listening to the birds and drinking coffee in the morning. We also really enjoyed walking the paths on the property and checking out the old bridge. Our only hiccup is that we forgot to bring our extra large cooking pan for our family of eight. There was plenty of everything else and the house is well stocked!We definitely hope to return again!"

"Our recent stay was fabulous. The location in downtown Ephrata was excellent, near many places to shop and eat. Walmart and Giant Grocery store were nearby. The apartment itself had much larger rooms than they appear in the photos. Recently completely remodeled with all high-end finishes. Immaculately clean, and I am real fussy. The decor is modern yet comfortable. Our host was so easy to work with and was in touch with us promptly when we had any questions."

"My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The property was beautiful and it's such a great place for entertaining outside. The inside slept more than expected and was quite roomy, dont let the one bedroom stop you! Any small issues or questions that came up could easily be communicated with the host and the pool..the perfect way to spend a hot week. If you're looking for a place that can do a lot for a reasonable price, it's perfect"

"Beautiful suites but they treat it like an air bnb but it doesn’t say that anywhere and there’s no one to talk to when you get there they send you a code for a door to go into but don’t tell you, you can’t go into till after 11am there should be better communication with staff"

"Lovely home just a short walk from downtown. This 1920s classic has been beautifully updated, and it is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is well-equipped, the dining table comfortably seats six, and the bedrooms have all they need for a good night’s rest. There are four dedicated parking spots in back, the house was immaculate, and our pup felt as welcome as we did. We look forward to returning!"
