"Really nice to have pet friendly, bed was clean uncomfortable bathroom was clean, furniture was not very clean in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful but the room keys did not work well. Overall, I would stay there again. Accessible shuttle to the gorge helpful staff"

"This is likely the worst hotel. I have stayed at in many, many years. Things were broken everywhere, including steps to lead to the second floor. The pool was full of some strange green.Slime. and the person I was with was very concerned about bugs in the room and continued looking for them with her flashlight. In fairness to the motel, we did not find any bugs. But the cleanliness and love love maintenance at this place was sorely lacking. I would only stay here if there is no other option."

"Entry / Arrival / Front Desk / Staff: The entry at the hotel seemed like you’re walking into a fairytale book for kids. The obese front desk woman was extremely unprofessional - and she complained about having one other room attendant to clean 33 rooms, while others called out sick. Another guest arrived, and the obese woman was feeding her face. Good grief! The housekeeper (guy) barely spoke English, and the new housekeeper woman in the morning seemed like she left the bar or street corner. Completely grossed out! Room: The TV / Chest of Drawers were so close to the walkway to the bed, we banged our elbow on it at least twice (and we’re not obese). The shower knob was a pull-out (just barely) and was difficult to work at first. The room was down a few steps as if it was a basement - and was cold without the A/C. The noise level was that of either playful, disrespectful kids or CCR drunkards. Breakfast: The breakfast was gross - as if the biscuits and gravy were old and were brought out after several attempts of feeding the customers. We skipped breakfast. The coffee machine stunk also. It watered down burnt type coffee. Parking: Parking was okay, but don’t leave valuables in your vehicle. We have tried the Quality hotels several times and every one of them are far below than “quality”. They literally SUCK! You would be better off with a Wingate by Wyndham, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Red Lion- anything else other than an “IneQuality” Piece of Dung hotel like this"
