"After staying at over 8 different hotels in the Maumee area over the past year, I've found this location is the best overall value due to price, safety, cleanliness, and bed comfort. While I've seen much worse, some of the finish work from the update done sometime in the recent past is visually off, but fully functional and clean. The sliding glass doors in the pool area need replaced or changed to a wall with windows. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The rooms are always tidy and clean. The beds are softest of all hotels/motels in the area that I've been to in their price point. "

It was one of the reasons I chose this location. Would I be able to get a credit or some type of compensation due to the pool being unavailable during my stay?"
