The Space:
This is a spacious, well-finished private studio designed for comfort and practicality. It features a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, breakfast bar with stools, and a fully equipped mini kitchen including an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
An en-suite bathroom includes a rain-effect shower, Grohe fittings, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaver point. Guests also have access to a large external kitchen with two full ovens and a large fridge/freezer. Ideal for short or longer stays, this studio offers a secure, modern and self-contained space.
Situated on the first floor, the studio is fully compliant with safety regulations, with fire doors, a centralised fire alarm system, a smart lock with code access and video doorbell. Guests benefit from a smart TV, high-speed charging sockets with USB and USB-C ports, ample storage, heating controls and tasteful artwork throughout.
This is one of six studio apartments in the same building. If you are travelling with family, friends or colleagues, these studios offer privacy and comfort, while still travelling as part of a group. Getting Around:
Stoneleigh station is a 9-minute walk and has direct trains to London Waterloo via Wimbledon/Clapham, taking 30 mins. Guildford via Epsom, 40 mins & Dorking 22 mins.
Route 406 — to Kingston from Bradford Drive bus stop, and to Epsom High Street from Stoneleigh Park Road bus stop.
Buses typically run every 20–30 minutes from ~05:45 to ~00:15.

AIRPORT PICK UPS AND DROP OFFS AVAILABLE from HEATHROW, GATWICK, STANSTEAD, LUTON, LONDON CITY AIRPORT. (Charged separately. Please ask for a quote before booking a pick up or drop off)
Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. This includes the back garden and front driveway. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave.
No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or in the garden.
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.
This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.
Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
