About this property

Cabaña Aida Epuyén - comfortable and bright cabin in a natural setting

  • Located in the El Alto neighborhood of Epuyén, 500 meters from Route 40, and 9 km from Lake Epuyén, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car or by bus.

    The property is on a fenced lot of 800 square meters, which has a gate for vehicle access.

    The El Alto de Epuyén neighborhood, which is adjacent to the town center, has grocery stores, a hospital, a bank, and a post office; as well as restaurants and a pub.

    The cabin is oriented to maximize the mountain views and allow you to enjoy the mountain air at all times.

    It has all utilities, including electricity, natural gas, and municipal drinking water; we also have high-speed satellite internet (Starlink).


    It’s just a 40-minute drive from El Bolsón, and 2 hours north of Bariloche and south of Esquel. In addition, the town has public transportation to both nearby towns and the lake.
