"I stayed there in 2005, 2010 and 2016 and just recently June 2026. First 2 times where nice and 3rd not bad carpets were dirty in hall and stairs. And June 2026 still the same old nasty hall carpets and stairs. Shower had mold around caulk. I go would go visit a friend and he said it changed hands ..."

Upon arriving at the property it was very nice looking and well furnished on the inside but like a hunted house on the outside. "This home is 5 minutes from one of the worst neighborhoods in Chicago. When I tried to cancel and get my money back the host refused. Even refused a partial refund. I was traveling with my elderly mother and 5 children, 8-17 years old."
