"There is a very loud night club in the shared courtyard of the building. They tried their best to soundproof it but the sound was exceptionally loud. If you are a light sleeper, this is not for you. No carpet, no sleepers, cold floors. Heater was not working properly - when we asked the stuff, they came in and put the AC on with 30 temp, that DID NOT help, nor it was supposed to. They did not install half the blinders, so out room was exposed through the sheer curtain. The stuff was friendly though"
