There was a slight mishap with the room this time, but I want to recognize Cat for her outstanding assistance and customer-focused service. Her attention and care truly made a difference."

"The overall experience was first class. Starting with the man, who took our suitcases, was so friendly, so welcoming and informative. The bar that night was short of staff, even though, the barman, was able to serve each customer with kindness, courtesy, efficiency and a smile. Kudos for him. Elizabeth, from the front desk, was kind, helpful and informative as well. All that, besides the location, the food and the beautiful hotel. "
