"When we arrived, due to a hotel's mistake, we were placed in a very different room than what we had arranged.Hotel's staff was quite kind to rearrange that and relocate us to the correct room ASAP, 1,5h later. The room was very thorough cleaned, even if it was cleaned at the last minute, as the re-arrangement was taking place.
