Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Keine Extrakosten für das Parken, auch wenn man auf dem gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz ausweichen muss. Schade, dass der Frühstücksraum im ersten Stock ist. Dadurch ist für gehbehinderte Menschen der Weg zum Frühstück beschwerlich.

Rezeption ab 15.00 Uhr unbesetzt, Licht im Bad defekt, deshalb Zimmertausch notwendig, Frühstück gab es erst ab 7.00 Uhr, aber wir mussten bereits um 6.30 Uhr am Flughafen sein. Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl !!!

Personal sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit des Hotels sehr gut. Ausstattung und Zustand i.O.. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig. Negativ: Parkplätze direkt am Hotel begrenzt. In 100m Entfernung allerdings "unbegrenzt".

In Bezug auf die BuGa exzellente Lage. Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, aber zwischenzeitlich in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch bemüht man sich sehr erfolgreich, Hygiene und Sauberkeit sicherzustellen. Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Leider hat der Herr an der Rezeption beim Auschecken keinen guten Tag gehabt - ich hoffe, er ist sonst freundlicher ! Das habe ich lange nicht erlebt. Unmöglich, dass man keinen Beleg bekommt und sich nicht mal ein Foto von seiner Abbuchung machen darf. Leider ist der Parkplatz für die Anzahl der Zimmer recht klein, ich wurde komplett zugeparkt und wäre ohne Hilfe nicht mit meinem Auto aus dem Stellplatz gekommen. Frühstückszeiten während der Corona-Zeit stellt man sich auch anders vor. Zwei Essenszeiten, zu denen dann alle stoßen - alternativ hätte es sich einfach besser verteilt. Das geht sicher besser. Auswahl aber gut und Frühstück lecker, da findet jeder etwas !

Hotel mit guter Anbindung an ÖPNV. Für BUGA-Besucher gut geeignet. Freundlicher Empfang. Kleines Manko: Im Bad viele Flusen, also lange nicht benutzt und vor unserem Bezug nicht noch mal frisch gesäubert. Waschbeckenüberlauf innen schwarz verfärbt (Schimmel?), sonst aber alles sauber. Frühstück mit ausreichendem Angebot am Büffet. Kaffee allerdings sehr mild. Das war aber durch eine Kaffeemaschine zu kompensieren. Betten waren ordentlich.

Das Hotel wirkt, als hätte es vor 15 Jahren mal schick ausgesehen. Es wurde dann aber wohl nicht mehr so viel für den Erhalt getan, an den Wänden platzt z.T. der Putz etwas ab, das Bad riecht etwas eigenartig. Trotzdem alles sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal.
