Very close to shops, restaurants and things to see ! Property was clean and in good order. We had no contact at check-in and the instructions were perfect ! Uwe, the owner, had great communication and help for us. I do highly recommend for the good price, good landlord, private, off-street parking place, and excellent location. Erfurt is a great town, and this is a great place to stay !

Nice area in the middle of the city Erfurt. Unfortunatly the WLAN didn't worked an I woke up an stand up at midday time. So it didn't worked all the time. And I missed a freezing box (maybe in the fridge).

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen um auch zu Fuß die Altstadt von Erfurt zu erkunden. Wir waren jeden Tag zu Fuß in der super schönen Altstadt unterwegs. Die Restaurants in der ganzen Umgebung gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Die Altstadt ist wunderschön und in jeder Gasse gibt es etwas neues zu entdecken. In den recht vollen Restaurants ist sehr nettes Personal und auch für 2 Personen wird doch immer noch ein Plätzchen gefunden. Dieses wird nicht der letzte Besuch in Erfurt gewesen sein.

Wir haben uns bei Familie Krüger sehr wohlgefühlt!Nach fast 15 Jahren Januarurlaub in Erfurt haben wir uns dieses Jahr für eine neue Unterkunft entschieden und wurden belohnt!Die kleine Ferienwohnung liegt direkt in der Altstadt und ist durch den zugehörigen Parkplatz perfekt zu erreichen. Liebevoll eingerichtet empfangen einen die zwei Räume nach ausgedehnten Spaziergängen und laden dazu ein, kurz inne zu halten und Kraft zu tanken.Geschäfte und Bäcker sind in Sichtweite.Die Vorab Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, gemütliche und blitzsaubere Wohnung. Tolles Doppelbett in dem wir hervorragend geschlafen haben. Ideale Lage um die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der eigene Stellplatz war für die Anreise mit dem Auto sehr wertvoll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Innenstadt, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem fußläufig erreichen kann. Der PKW-Stellplatz am Haus wurde somit ausgiebig genutzt, da wir unser Auto während des Aufenthaltes keinen Meter bewegt haben. Ausgestattet ist sie mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Bernd und Marion Schröder

Schon im Vorfeld waren wir angetan von den Informationen, die uns Frau Krüger zweimal telefonisch gegeben hatte. Dadurch wussten wir genau Bescheid, wie wir Zugang zu der Wohnung finden würden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Wasser befand sich im Kühlschrank und weitere Vorräte - wie Küchenrollen, Filterpapier, Mülltüten und weiteres. Weil der WLan-Code nicht zu finden war, riefen wir Herrn Krüger an und erfuhren, dass weder WLan noch Fernsehempfang möglich ist, weil er im Oktober 2023 den Vodafon-Vertrag gekündigt hatte. Insbesondere wegen der laufenden Olympiade haben wir ihn inständig gebeten, eine Lösung zu finden. Obwohl er zusagte sich zu kümmern, haben bis zur Abreise nichts mehr von ihm gehört. Bis zu unserer Abreise stand bei Fewo-direct in der Beschreibung der Wohnung immer noch, dass sie über Fernsehempfang und WLan verfügt.

Als langjährige Erfurtbesucher - Verwandschaft - waren wir sehr überrascht eine so ruhige Ferienwohnung direkt in der Stadtmitte vorzufinden. Es ist nicht das erste und letzte Mal gewesen, diese Ferienwohnung in so ruhiger Lage mit Parkplatz zu buchen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
