But this place is really really really loud at night because it's in the center city and surrounded by bars/restaurants. It's always loud till 1-2 am midnight during weekdays. Luckily, weekends are quiet. So stay away if you have to stay there during weekdays for a long time. "

"Overall it was fine. There are no close convenient stores or similar so the “not so stocked” kitchen can’t be utilized for a 3-day stay. Frustrating that there is not a close spot to get the essentials. One of the appliances didn’t work. But the bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. It was a bit noisy at times but I think that is just the area."

"Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. "

"This is the absolute best place to stay if you are looking to be in Philly for a few days. The space was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need. The pillows in the bed were the best I’ve ever had. The area is safe and you are close to so much. "

The shower doesn’t have a curtain or door so it was always overflowing the floor with water, there was no AC in this unit—despite the ceiling fan sometimes it could get really hot in the room, and I was expecting an apartment style based on the listing but it was more of a “hotel room” vibe.
