We had a great time. We orded from the Ord meat locker it was very very good! The property is very secluded. My kids had a great time watching the turtles and the bullfrogs in the pond. There are 2 great places to eat that are very close. Hope to be able to make it back soon. Thank you for sharing your place!
We were here for the rodeo over the weekend. We very much enjoyed the deck with the grill and blackstone, and the stone patio and fire pit by the pond. Very relaxing and enjoyed all the stars at night.
This cabin was tucked away. It happened to rain most the time. So didn’t get to enjoy the outside.
Cabin is clean
I would rate it for 6 adults without using the couch.
Plenty of dishes and towels.
Would be a nice couples time away. Will rebook next sale.
Beautiful secluded setting. Jennifer was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Cabin was cute and clean and pretty well stocked/supplied. Enjoyed watching the wildlife from the deck.
All went well with our stay. We have used this location in the past, so it was nice to know the lay out of the location. Jessica was quick to respond to any communication that I had with her. We were right at home during our stay.
This was my third stay at Cedar River Retreat. It was as nice as the previous two. The cabin is clean and Jessica is a great host. Will be staying again.
The cabin and property are beautiful and in pristine condition. Jessica was wonderful to work with and an extremely gracious host. I would recommend this property to anyone.
Thanks for sharing your amazing cabin with us! The owners thought of everything. It was the perfect place to unwind. The beds were great and the views even better. We will definitely be back!
This was our second visit and we love this cabin! So clean and comfortable. Jessica is a pleasure to work with, fast responses to any needs or questions. We will visit again!
The cabin was spotless, cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck which overlooks the pond. We were very comfortable and plan on renting this cabin again soon. Jessica was accommodating and pleasant.
Such a cute cabin with a private area. Loved the view, we saw eagles multiple times in the area. I was getting ready for my wedding here and it was a great space! Owner was very easy to communicate with and accomodating.
We were at the Cedar River retreat in mid-April for 4 days. Another couple joined us overnight one night. The secluded location was beautiful and quiet with abundant wildlife. We saw wild turkeys, American bald eagles, lots of songbirds, deer, wood ducks, turtles and a muskrat! The deck is a lovely place to hang out and enjoy the view and the quiet. Unfortunately, a fire ban due to drought was in place so we couldn't take advantage of the fire pit. There is a grill also (we didn't use it). The cabin and its furnishings were so cute! There are handmade log chairs with thick cushions, 2 recliners, a sofa and a huge cedar table with benches to seat 8 easily. The kitchen has everything you need, including nice stoneware dishes, copper cups for Moscow mules, a Keurig (huge coffee selection) and grinder. The bathroom is shower only and has lots of thick, thirsty towels. excellent hot water and water pressure. The master bed was too firm for us. The other 2 rooms have a full bed with a twin bunk above it--comfy mattress but a little awkward to get in and out of for us older folks.Jessica was a very responsive communicator on check-in and departure. We were happy and had everything we needed, so didn't have to contact her during our stay. Oh, one more thing...The local "best" restaurant is the Hungry Horse Saloon. Their food and steaks were terrific but beware, they are cash or check only, no cards.
