Great mid-priced property, with an exceptional staff. Superior king room's are spacious, bright, and very clean. There's more than adequate, free guest parking. Lastly a complimentary breakfast is offered, at the nearby McDonald's. Highly recommended

Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent pricing. Able to accommodate me with 1st floor room. Breakfast is a voucher for McDonald's. Staff friendly. Only down side was the toilet took a couple flushes every time. Would stay at again.

The negative about this property to me was low but had no toilet paper in the room and a noisy air conditioning now the positives friendly staff fixed the toilet paper issue and for the price they offered for a room you can’t beat, for a stay and sleep yes I would recommend but for an-extended stay no!

I have the frequent need to stay, at Erie area hotels. I actually drive out of my way, to stay at this property. I mainly choose a superior king room, on the motel's north side. They are clean, bright, & spacious, with adjacent free parking. Kirt, and his staff truly make you feel welcome. Highly recommended.
