Vista Pointe of View - Tons of trails, near restaurants, lots of privacy

  • One of the best spots to get those views of the Rocky Mountains on the Coal Creek Trail down the street, while being close to everything you want to do. 5 minute drive to restaurants and bars, 7-minute drive to 18 holes of disc golf, and 5-minute bike ride to miles of single track and downhill.

    All of this is located in a quiet, freshly renovated walkout basement apartment with a private patio and plenty of space to get comfortable.

    Like a hotel suite, but with all the extra amenities including a full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, and space for 6 people. This apartment has wonderful natural light at almost every time of day, multiple sitting areas so you don't feel cramped, and some of the softest towels on this side of the Rocky Mountains.

One of the best home stays I've ever rented. Fully stocked kitchen, clean bathroom, laundry room, tons of room to hang out inside or out, thoughtful touches throughout, like board games and books for a rainy day. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is very spacious - even more so than the pictures show. Everything you need is there, and it is nicely decorated. Comfy furniture too. You'll feel right at home. Great access for walking with major trails nearby. Also close to Erie community center which is very nice and very reasonably priced even for non-residents.

CU graduation stay

The property is spacious comfortable and clean. We were visiting for our son’s graduation from CU Boulder. Easy drive to campus - inexpensive uber ride if needed. We enjoyed morning walks on the beautiful trails in the neighborhood and morning coffee on the patio. Dan made sure to leave all the extras coffee and snacks would def stay again

This exceeded our expectations in how cozy, clean and welcoming it was. We didn’t spend a lot of time here other than some evening relaxation and sleeping but it would have been great even if we wanted to cook meals or spend the days. This VRBO is clean, very spacious, well appointed,and welcoming. Great touches like a snack basket and big selections of tea and coffee. The art photography was spot on and stepped up the game. Able to cook dinner for our college grandson.

Gorgeous, quiet home away from home

Spacious and impeccable two-bedroom with all the amenities needed for my week to be close to granddaughters who came for a sleepover in the bunk beds. Lovely reading corner in dining room plus huge sectional in living room to watch cartoons or snuggle up. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was super clean. Loved having coffee on patio listening to birds. Very quiet neighborhood w hiking trails nearby. Will stay again!

Amazing place!

We loved this place so much. It has all the accommodations we needed. It’s clean, comfortable and very pleasant. It was 5 of us and we had plenty of room and space. Nice size bedrooms and very spacious bathroom. It was nice having washer and dryer, we travel light so we often have to wash our clothes. Colorado is our home away from home, it’s our 4th time visiting the state and will definitely be coming back. The host responded quickly to my question. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very new, well updated apartment style space

We stayed in June 2024 and the space had appeared to be recently remodeled! Very clean, updated appliances, flooring, fixtures, etc. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies included. Quiet neighborhood with fenced in back yard - but next to main neighborhood street. 75 minutes to Estes Park and 30 minutes to most Boulder attractions, 40 minutes to Denver airport. Lots of games to play and plenty of spaces to relax inside and out. Gas grill, picnic table, outdoor seating were very nice for early morning coffee and grilled dinners. Being in the basement was fine, but without access to air conditioning was a drawback. Used fans/open windows to try and keep the space cool on hot days. We also had to be flexible with 1 bathroom for 5 people, but made it work. Overall con - a little far from attractions in Boulder/Estes Park. Overall pro - clean, quiet place to relax with lots of personal touches and amenities thought of by host.

This place was our home away from home for Christmas this year, and it was perfectly located, lovely, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our little family, including two young kids. Dan was a great host, responded quickly to communications, and went above and beyond in providing us with a pack n play and a step stool to the bathroom sink for the kids. We will be back!
