"Amazing Villa that couldn’t be closer to the sea. We swam in it so much having the pool too, we were spoilt for choice. Matparti village with all its taverna’s and shops are all walkable and there are numerous options along the beach too. Chris is an amazing host who couldn’t be more helpful. Thoroughly recommend. "

"As a family of five, we had an amazing stay at this villa. Spotlessly clean, all mod cons. The pool is lovely and the BBQ great. Only 1 minute walk from the most amazing shingle beach. Restaurants, bakery and shops nearby.Alexander was so helpful and allowed us to check out a few hours later to accommodate our plans. I would highly recommend this villia and I look forward to our next stay."
