The hotel is a very good value. We rented the Family Deluxe apartment which has plenty of space. When we arrived, we were disappointed to see various smudges/marks on the wall of the toilet room. I cleaned them off with some soap and water. The drainer in the sink in the bathroom had some brown looking grime or mold around it (maybe it simply is too old and should be replaced.) There should be a little more communication regarding when the cleaners come. I didn’t see a “do not disturb” sign we could use. It’d be nice to have an option to leave your trash out at a certain time of day for collection. Except for these criticisms, I was very happy with Zeitwohnhaus and would stay there again.

There were dirt on the floor. We walk barefoot in the summer. Between pillows in sofa there were tons of dirt. Cearly needs a major cleaning and not just the quick change of guests cleaning.

Superb!

We loved our stay in the family deluxe apartment, in fact, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was quite spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The keyless, coded room entry was brilliant. It was so nice not having to carry around a keycard and worry about losing it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were many restaurant options plus a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

You get a lot of emails for codes to get into the building and room and check in. Front desk only staffed till 5pm. No chance to get in before 3pm, but we could leave suitcase at front desk. I hope they would have put it in the room had we come back after 5pm! Very small room, no a/c on a hot day (you have to leave window open at night and it’s busy out there!), very small bathroom. Two people can’t move freely. They have a kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room. Restaurants everywhere in area. Excellent location for the University and hospitals. Ten minutes walk to train station. Clean room. Looks nice. Front desk lady was nice.
