"Room not ready until way after check in time. Second day no towels were available for over 5 hours. Our family party missed the opportunity to shower because no towels were available for our evening out and we had already had them pick up all of our dirty towels. We went back three times over 5hours and we're told each time they were coming but they never arrived. It became ridiculous, the staff would say whatever they had to say and no one had answers and no one was a very help for the evening prep. Nice facility but not a good place to stay if you're going to have to depend on them to be able to provide simple normal services that most hotels can. For goodness sakes they should just buy some towels they know if they're that low. There was no reason for this."

"Our room, had the two beds we asked for, but it was on the 9th floor and tucked away in a weird hidey-hole area that was only accessible by going down ten steps. Extremely difficult when hauling luggage. We stood in line about 30 Minutes to register the night we arrived. Only one desk clerk was available, and he had a large group he was handling. No fridge in the room. This is the first time I wS disappointed with a stay at a Wyndham. The location was good, but the hotel itself was disappointing. "

"The property is real outdated. It smelled old but the room was clean. It had this creepy picture above the bed while the walls were made of brick. I did not like this hotel at all. I left and reserved another hotel. "

"Plenty of shops nearby. Guy at front desk was rude on the 1st night. Telephone in my room did not work and was never repaired during my stay. The mini fridge did not work either. House keeping never attended to my room for the 3 nights I was there. Do not waste your money adding breakfast to your booking, it’s a total waste."

"Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Only bad experience was the no valet parking. Had to pay 60$ to park my car and walk couple blocks with my luggage ."
