"Perfect location and good hotel. We had a fantastic view of the Porta Nigra. The gentlemen at night and in the morning who worked at the front desk were amazingly friendly and helpful, the older lady with glasses not at all friendly."

"Room was very modern however I kept getting woken up by a random bashing noise in the night every hour. Also the tv only had a few English news channels on, could have done with a couple of traditional English channels on there too. Staff were friendly and helpful at the beginning of the stay and informative of the details of the hotel."
