"Nice property, clean and tidy - we enjoyed our stay, but if I was the host and lived next door I would be anxious to welcome my guest not make them wait for 20 minutes on arrival. I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. Further, there was a whirlpool spar advertised which we anticipated to be a jacuzzi type bath but there was not one at the property. "Gerard and Claudine are delightful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The house is great and has every amenity. The garden is spectacular and together with the BBQ makes for lovely evenings. The house is close to the beautiful resort of Binic with it range of restaurants and bars. We recommend the fish restaurant close to the harbour wall. Overall the nicest Gite we have stayed in over 5 years of coming to France. We thoroughly loved our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it to you."

"We had a lovely stay at this traditional old Stone property. The bedrooms were very comfortable but only one toilet upstairs meant going to the loo in the night wasn’t easy. Also the bathrooms only had hand held showers in the baths which wasn’t ideal. The housekeeper that met us was very friendly and helpful and explained everything very clearly. "It was a traditional french cottage and was a little basic and lighting was a bit poor at night. But as the weather was good we were outside a lot with the dog and the garden is great. Everything worked in the house but internet reception is quite poor unless you go to the garage.Had not realised we would be opposite other guests in a bigger place but that was no problem and made it interesting. "The swimming pool is the centre piece of this complex, it’s even better than it looks in the photos. We often had the pool to ourselves. The pool has a security code on the door making it very safe with children. Our gite had a lovely terrace and also a small garden which the children enjoyed. "The house is really nice and spacious. The furniture could do with an update, sofas were threadbare as were the covers over them. Cutlery was not very good, there was little of it and mismatched. That being said, I would definitely stay here again, the garden is big, the dog loved it, as did we. We felt very much at home!"
