Superb sea view for this beautiful apartment located on the 1st floor of a small recent luxury building overlooking the Caroual beach.

This bright, functional and comfortable T2, revamped in March 2012, has 1 large picture window in the living room, opening onto a balcony and offering a soothing panorama, landscapes constantly renewed by the spectacle of the tides.

Direct access by a private staircase to the wide sandy beach of Caroual, You will be 10 minutes walk from the city center of Erquy and the scallop fishing port.

The customs trail (GR34), passing at the foot of the building, will take you to discover the Grand site Cap d'Erquy-Cap Fréhel.

Two Weeks in April
A wonderful apartment in a lovely quiet location overlooking a beautiful beach - what more can you ask for? Well equipped, comfy bed, great shower with private parking spot and access directly down to the beach. Erquy is also a good location to explore parts of the Brittany coast and the many little towns and villages. The weather was mixed but manageable. Bring layers. Thank you Brigitte.

Appartement conforme à la description. Magnifique vue sur la mer. Accès direct à la plage. Il n'y avait que 3 appartements d'occupés dans l'immeuble nous avons donc bénéficier d'une calme absolu que le bruit des vagues. Un rêve. Très bon accueil de l'hôte. A refaire sans hésitation. En plus la région est magnifique.

Nach einer ausführlichen und freundlichen Wohnungsübergabe mit Gastgeschenk der Vermieterin haben wir die Oktoberwoche dank eines gnädigen Wettergottes in dem kleinen Appartement sehr genossen: Ruhe, phantastischen Meerblick, Strandspaziergänge sowie erfahrungsreiche Ausflüge und wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderen gemacht.

Superbes vacances à Erquy
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Le logement est merveilleusement situé en bord de mer le long d'une belle grande plage avec de splendides couchers de soleil. L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé avec toutes les commodités, une terrasse et un parking. Vraiment bien localisé pour la découverte de cette belle région des Côtes d'Armor. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances à Erquy. Merci!

Besonders begeistert hat uns, genau wie vor vier Jahren, der Blick vom Balkon auf die Sonnenuntergänge und der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Auto parkt sicher hinter einem verschlossenen Tor, wenn auch auf einem schmalen Parkplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Appartement lag perfekt - direkt am Meer, mit herrlichem Strand direkt vor dem Garten, einer hochwertigen, geschmackvollen und funktionalen Einrichtung und Ausstattung/Kochmöglichkeiten, einem märchenhaften Blick vom Balkon, sehr guter Raumaufteilung, gutem, trockenem Abstellplatz für unsere Pedelecs... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und insbesondere haben wir das freundliche und leckere Willkommensgeschenk der Vermieterin genossen.

Einfach wunderbar
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit vor Ort, es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in Erquy. Die Ferienwohnung ist für ein Paar bestens geeignet. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine, so dass Strandtücher auch mal durchgewaschen werden konnten. Beste Lage mit Blick auf den herrlichen Strand und ein schneller kurzer Zugang direkt an diesen herunter. Der Ort liegt quasi zu Füßen, wunderbare Spaziergänge und Wanderungen können direkt vom Haus aus beginnen. Was wollen Urlauber*innen mehr? Madame Guinard hat uns persönlich und sehr herzlich empfangen sogar mit einem Gruß aus dem Meer, Jakobsmuscheln. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank hierfür. Diese Wohnung bekommt von uns die Bewertung ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT!
