"L'annonce prĂ©cise une propriĂ©tĂ© de 160 mĂštres carrĂ© sur un terrain de 1200 mĂštres carrĂ©. L'habitation fait plutĂŽt un peu plus de 100 mĂštres carrĂ© et le terrain 500 mĂštre carrĂ©. Nous n'aurions pas rĂ©servĂ©. Les gĂ©rants semblent avoir abandonnĂ©s l'idĂ©e d'entretenir le bien : nettoyage Ă  l'arrivĂ©e fait au minimum, Ă  regarder de prĂšs, les placards et la vaisselle ne sont pas vraiment propres. Une terrasse couverte sur le cÎté, une autre terrasse en étage sur le cÎté, une donnant sur le séjour : ces élément sont de vrais plus !Le reste est cependant ancien, pas aménagé ni soigné dans les détails, le nettoyage et l'ancienneté du mobilier et des agencements laissent à désirer...Mais l'emplacement et taille du terrain sont un plus, avec la vue mer ! "DĂ©but difficile car aucune pression d’eau et filet d’eau pour se doucher. Obliger d’appeler Abritel pour joindre la propriĂ©taire qui Ă©tait sur rĂ©pondeur. Finalement son fils et elle sont intervenus le lendemain en dĂ©bridant l’arrivĂ©e d’eau. La prise du lave linge ne fonctionne pas. Nous avions une rallonge qui nous a dĂ©pannĂ©. Sinon nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour avec notre famille. "
