We offer this charming 120 m² house for rent in Erquy, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 350 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The dwelling is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC.
- Utility room.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: single bed.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 350 m² garden and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, near the sailors' chapel (listed monument in Brittany's cultural heritage inventory). You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Cap Émeraude "Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage 🙂 Ein tolles Haus in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Mit grossem Garten, perfekt geeignet für Familien. Das gesamte Haus ist schön eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt und man hat viel Platz. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine angenehme Grösse, es ist ruhig und komfortabel. Die Lage ist auch toll. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum von Erquy oder am Strand."

Cap Émeraude "Kommen vielleicht einmal wieder - insgesamt zufriedenstellend 🙂 Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr gut. Die Umgebung ist klasse. Spitze Strände, klasse Ortschaften, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Klasse Lokale in der Nähe. Der Schlüsselübergeber war pünktlich. Das Ferienhaus ist hell, es ist ruhig, und die meisten Geräte haben gut funktioniert und sind ziemlich modern. Dusche ist sehr gut. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und der Preis ist auch ok. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder. 🙁 Die Einrichtung könnte insgesamt etwas ""liebevoller"" gestaltet werden (Plastikblumen, wenig Wandschmuck, ...). Der Empfang könnte persönlicher sein - der Schlüsselübergeber hatte es offenbar sehr eilig und war an keinem Gespräch mit uns interessiert. Von ihm keinerlei Hinweise über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Umgebung etc. - sehr knapp, nur das nötigste gezeigt und weg. Der Grill im Garten ist kurz vorm Zusammenbrechen - habe ihn aber einmal erfolgreich verwendet. Das Beschwerde-Managment arbeitet leider sehr zähflüssig, weil offenbar zu viele Personen beteiligt sind. Der Trockner war leider kaputt, was ich montags an der vereinbarten Stelle gemeldet habe. Die zuständige Person gab es weiter, ich hatte mittwochs dann Kontakt zu zwei weiteren Personen, und es kam dann mittwochs abends noch eine weitere Person um zu schauen (ohne etwas zu reparieren). Die Terminfindung für die Reparatur gestaltete sich dann nochmals kompliziert - donnerstags abends war er dann repariert - insgesamt waren für mich Gespräche mit fünf verschiedenen Personen nötig- an vier von sieben Urlaubstagen stand mir der Trockner (ist wichtig in der Bretagne) nicht zur Verfügung. Das möchte ich im Urlaub nicht - insbesondere wenn ich einen stolzen Preis bezahle. Daher kein ""sehr gut"". Insgesamt kann man das Ferienhaus aber dennoch empfehlen - die positiven Dinge haben doch deutlich überwogen."

Cap Émeraude "Prima huis, maar er mist wel het een en ander. 🙂 De ligging van het huis was in een rustige straat. 🙁 De faciliteiten. Keukengerei was niet compleet, de stang van de stofzuiger miste en putjes zaten verstopt door prut. Er waren 4 ligbedden voor buiten maar eentje was stuk. Deze werd later opgehaald door iemand maar niet vervangen."

Cap Émeraude "Dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été très agréable. 🙂 • Environnement agréable • Maison moderne spacieuse et lumineuse • Propreté des lieux • Accessibilité au centre de la ville et de la plage • Qualité du personnel d’accueil et de la conciergerie 🙁 • Par contre des aménagements intérieurs pourraient être apportés : La hauteur de la table de la cuisine était trop haute par rapport aux chaises mises à disposition. • La batterie de cuisine pourrait être renouvelée pour s’adapter à la plaque à induction. • Il aurait fallu une porte de douche afin que l’eau ne gicle pas à l'extérieur. Le rideau était très insuffisant et nous avons dû acheter des tapis absorbants. • La serrure du garage était cassée (manque de sécurité)"

Cap Émeraude "Super séjour 🙂 Petite maison spacieuse et parfaite pour une famille avec bébé. Tout équipée, dispose même d'une chaise haute qui nous a été très utile pour notre bébé! Les 3 chambres sont à l'étage, ce qui permet de ne pas déranger les autres le soir et le matin. Grande buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge. Dispose d'une TV avec netflix prime etc ainsi que le WiFi. Les personnes que nous avons vu pour l'arrivée et le départ étaient très gentilles et disponibles. Nous avons passé un court séjour très agréable, nous reviendrons! 🙁 Un peu loin de la plage et du port pour des enfants, obligés de prendre la voiture pour se déplacer"
