"The hotel is being renovated, so the rooms looked new. Our room was on the ground floor with a beautiful door to a patio so we could sit outside enjoying the view of the bay as well as children on the playground and families cooking out. "

"This is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. We like to e-bike and the hotel is a half kilometer from two bike trails that parallel highways 19 and 19A. We biked the N&L Trail, Nanaimo Parkway Trail and a few connector trails, about 45 km. There are plenty of places to eat within a lm of the hotel. The staff even provided a safe place to store our bikes overnight. It was so nice and convenient we stayed 3 nights. It’s also close to the ferry terminal for the ferry to Horseshoe Bay. "
