Beautiful place Lake view
This property is located in beautiful northern Minnesota. It is about 60 miles from Grand Forks, ND, about 60 miles from Bemidji, MN, This area of MN has many Maple Trees on it, which are so pretty in the fall. It is a 3 bedroom/2 baths Mobile Home with 6 inch walls, almost all new house windows in it, a 6 inch foam roof, it has propane heat and central air. It is fully furnished with beds/linens, towels and kitchen fully furnished. The property has a life time easement lot to the big lake next to it. Which just happens to be a very good fishing lake. You will have access to a paddle boat and a 14ft. lund fishing boat for your enjoyment on our little lake. The beach is natural with many of natures animals nesting and living in the area. On a daily basis, we would watch the heron, muskrat, wood ducks, geese, turtles, frogs, deer and an occasional bear in the area.
