Everything was great. Great choice for families with lots of space for New York compared to other hotels we have visited. Massive amount of storage for clothes and luggage. Two bathrooms, great facilities for laundry and the kids could play pool or ping pong whilst they were waiting. Would highly recommend. Easy location close to subway and ferries to get about.

Room was clean, however hotel seems understaffed. Long wait for coffee service in the morning. Restaurant was fine, but forgettable.
