bizzat ben kendi evimi temizlemem ama burası evimden daha samimi ve sıcak geldi genel olarak harika bir oteldi bir daha erzincana gelirsem kesinlikle burda kalıcam her türlü hizmeti yaptılar gerçekden çok teşekkür ederim kendilerine deprem olduğunda oteldeydim ve avize sallanınca anladım o kadar sağlam bir bina gerçekden helal olsun no:201 de kalacak arkadaşlar için odayı kendim temizledim :D baya iyi yani başarılı...

Nice Apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious with a nice kitchen and all the electrical appliances. we stayed only one night. If you stay longer you might need more cutlery and plates but im sure if you ask it will be supplied

Unfortunately - I booked the wrong date. I called the hotel and asked them to change the booking date I was happy to pay some money for that. But they told that can't do anything. I have to pay full price for a new day, :( I know that It's my false - I didn't pay attention, but most of the hotels were able to manage that. So I just loose my money :(

Kaldığımız oda da kombi vardı diğer odalar suyu açtıkça bütün gürültü bizde ses çok fazla.aldığımız fistan bir gece idare edilirdi ama çıkarken otelin sahibi imiş çalışanına herkesin içinde avaz avaz bağırıyordu bu olay bizi çok rahatsız etti.

Otel yeni temiz bakımlı 4 tek kişilik yatak istemiştim iki kişilik yatak vardı bildirdim bir yatak daha geldi bir kişi de koltukta idare etti mutfak araç gereçleri yetersizdi bıçak bile yoktu tek takım havlu kaşık çatal tek tencere isteyince de kendi tavamızı veriyoz odada yok diyorlar. Apart demek bşr evde olması gereken ne varsa makarna süzgeçi pilav süzgeçi meyve tabagı kase salata tabagı tencere tava seti kahve için cezve fincan ama bunlardan bşr çogu yoktu ama gelişmeye açık bir işletme ☺️

El hotel estaba bien, muy limpio y nuevo, pero reservé un apartamento y cuando llegué me dieron una habitación muy justa de espacio alegando que los apartamentos estaban completos. Nadie sabía nada de la reserva y nadie hablaba inglés. Un desastre de gestión, aunque las personas que trabajaban allí eran muy atentas.
