"The host was really nice and friendly however the property in itself was a big let down. The shower was broken and was clogged the fist bath and the bathroom was prone to flooding. The building is very poorly build and have very thin walls . You can hear the neighbours very loudly and the kids struggled to sleep at night. "The pools are the best thing about this hotel. It’s lively, plenty of sun beds and the pool on the ground floor is huge. The reception area gets very busy and are long ques when needing assistance. The room I was allocated although clean was very dated, needed lots of touch ups and re decorating. Even adding full length mirrors, swapping the dated baths for showers and adding new hair dryers would make a huge difference."
